Analyzing the processing principles and applied examples of all sorts of barrel finishing which are frequently used in actual product, this study proposes a design for SPBF.
通过对目前生产中常用的各种滚磨光整加工方法的加工原理及应用实例进行分析和研究 ,提出了主轴行星式滚磨加工的工艺方法 ,在阐述加工机理的基础上 ,重点分析了磨块与工件表面间复杂的相对运动情况 ,推导出切削速度、切削角和加速度的计算公式 ,从理论上找出了影响加工效果的主要参数及其影响规律 ,为设备研制及实验研究奠定基础。
