In order to improve the stability of filter rod,the variance analysis was applied to quality control of filter rod on the basis of sampling inspection.

材料：素香片150公克 小黄瓜1条100公克 绿豆芽50公克 胡萝卜50公克 粉皮1张 香油1汤匙
酱料：芝麻酱1汤匙 酱油膏1汤匙 糖1/2汤匙 高汤1汤匙 香油1汤匙 醋1/2汤匙 辣油1/2汤匙（以上调味料先调匀）
作法：
1、素香片切丝、小黄瓜切丝、胡萝卜切丝。
2、绿豆芽入开水中烫一下捞起，放凉。
3、粉皮用开水烫一下，冲冷水，切丝，拌上香油（不会粘在一起）。
4、粉皮放盘底，其他材料再铺于上面，淋上拌好之酱料，食用前再把材料和酱料拌匀即可。
注：调芝麻酱的技巧在要先将开水加入芝麻酱内调稀且有香味。
