In this paper, a novel incremental corpus selection approach i s proposed, which can control the balance of phone units in the selected corpus more effectively through a process of erasing redundant sentences at each select ion phrase.

On the basis of analyzing the factors that influencing the passage planning in detail, the thesis gives the software in complementing method of the support system of passage planning including the shortest passage, the storage of bunkers, the selecting of charts, the mathematics model and algorithm of the draughts , tide height, and height above the water of any anticipated position.
