| 肤色 skin color 人类皮肤颜色与黑色素在皮肤中的含量及分布状态（颗粒状或分散状）有关。黑色素集中在表皮的生发层的细胞中及细胞间。真皮层中一般没有黑色素，但具有色素时，可透过皮肤而呈青色，如新生儿骶部及臀部灰青色的斑。此外，皮肤的颜色还与微血管中的血液、皮肤的粗糙程度及湿润程度有关。身体在不同部位的颜色也常常不完全一样，背部的颜色比胸部要深得多，四肢伸侧比屈侧的颜色要深些，颜色最深处是在会阴部及乳头处。手掌和脚掌是全身颜色最浅的部位，甚至在色素极深的人群中，这些部位的颜色也明显地比其他部位浅，不同的生活条件也会造成皮肤颜色深浅的不同。肤色是人种分类的重要标志之一，观察皮肤的颜色多采用冯鲁向氏肤色模型表，观察部位主要是上臂内侧，分为十分浅、浅、中等、深、十分深等5级36色。肤色最浅的是北欧居民，其肤色呈粉色，主要是微血管颜色透过皮肤的缘故，肤色最深的要算巴布亚人、美拉尼西亚人，特别是非洲的黑人。 |
