风廓 眼的八廓名称之一。属用自然界之物质现象命名的廓名。见《银海精微》。又名巽廓、巽风廓、养化廓。 ①《审视瑶函》：以（气）轮上血脉丝络为凭，“巽位东南，络通中焦之腑，脏配心胞”。 ②《医宗金鉴·眼科心法要诀》：风廓即风轮也，风轮属肝，肝与胆为表里，故轮主脏为肝痛，廓主腑为胆病。 ③清·黄庭镜《目经大成》卷一认为：“巽为金井（瞳神），经引髓海，络连肝膈”。 ④《张氏医通》卷八认为：肝之府为风廓，有名无位。 ⑤陈达夫《中医眼科六经法要》认为此廓位于白睛鼻上方，属胆。由于风廓的脏腑隶属有不同的学说，故在临床中应结合全身情况辨证施治。
