    利用水声技术自动搜索、跟踪、攻击目标的鱼雷。它和发(投)射装置、射击指挥控制系统、探测设备等构成声自导鱼雷武器系统。有被动声自导鱼雷(接收目标的噪声导向)、主动声自导鱼雷(接收自身发出的脉冲声信号被目标反射的回声导向)和主被动联合声自导鱼雷(主、被动方式交替使用或同时兼用)。其自导与控制系统,包括换能器、发射机、接收机、自动驾驶仪、微型计算机和电源组件等。声自导鱼雷攻击目标的工作程序是:探测设备发现目标并测得目标运动要素后,射击指挥控制系统自动给待发鱼雷设定航深、搜索方式、自导工作方式、波束宽度、工作频率、航速等参数,随即发射鱼雷。鱼雷入水后迅速寻深、拉平,开始搜索,发现目标后,进行识别、跟踪和加速攻击,直至命中。
