影像学术语。图像中可辨认的邻接物体的空间几何尺寸的最小极限,即影像中细微结构的分辨能力。空间分辨力是由单位面积内像素的数目决定的,和像素的数目成正比。在数字成像方式中,即与图像的矩阵大小成正比。事实上,在数字成像方式中,图像是在监视器的屏幕上显示的,还与监视器屏的扫描线数目相关,通常用每毫米的线对数(LP/mm)表示。数字成像方式中,单位面积的像素数目远低于模拟成像方式者(如平片),故数字成像影像(CT、MRI、DSA等)的空间分辨力也低于模拟方式者。
