Polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) and poly(tetrafluoroethylene) (PTFE) possess excellent chemical stability and mechanical properties, they has good resistant to heat, cold, radiation and chemical corrosion and widely used as excellent membrane materials in industry for a long time, but they both have strong hydrophobicity which can cause the pollution of the membranes.
聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)和聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)材料具有优良的化学稳定性和机械性能,能耐热、耐寒、耐辐射和耐化学腐蚀,长期以来作为优良的膜材料广泛应用于工业生产当中,但二者均有极强的疏水性,应用过程中容易造成污染,造成水通量和分离效率下降,要制备pH值敏感型微孔膜需要对其进行改性,提高其亲水性。

菜 名: 四宝素菜包
主 料: 发菜50克,鲜笋肉50克,鲜草菇50克,净红萝卜50克,大白菜500克,鸡蛋1个,上汤300克,精盐5克,味精6克,胡椒粉0.2克,麻油0.3克,生粉40克,生油200克。
做 法: 1、先将发菜用清水浸泡2小时后,再用清水漂洗几次待用。然后把大白菜拆瓣用开水“飞过”,再用清水漂凉,捞干待用。把鲜草菇取净、洗净,同鲜笋肉、红萝卜分别切成细丝。2、把炒鼎洗净,放入清水,候水滚时,把鲜笋肉、红萝卜分别放进开水滚过捞起。再把鼎洗净烧热,放入生油,先把笋丝、萝卜丝、草菇丝分别炒过,然后将发菜、三丝同时放入,再加入上汤200克、精盐、味精、胡椒粉、麻油焖过。焖至收汤时,用适量生粉水勾芡,用餐盘盛起,便成馅料。3、将白菜叶逐叶摊开,分别包上馅料,做成枕头状,在包接口处,粘上鸡蛋白。共制成20件,便成素菜包。4、把炒鼎洗净烧热,放进生油,把素菜包接口的一面向鼎内放,用中火略煎片刻。然后加入上汤、调味料焖3分钟,用餐盘盛着,剩下的汤汁用湿生粉勾芡,淋在面上即成。
