      中国元代一部论述家塾的教学程序的著作。史称"读书工程"或"进学规程"。编撰者程端礼(1271~1345),字敬叔、敬礼,号畏斋、庆元,鄞县(今浙江鄞县)人。曾任广德建平县(今安徽郎溪县)、池州建德县(今浙江建德县)儒学教谕,台州路(今浙江临海)、衢州路(今浙江衢州)儒学教授,集庆路(今江苏江宁)江东书院山长。生徒甚众,学宗朱熹。他作此书的目的,是依朱熹"读书明理"思想,纠正当时读书人"曾未读书明理,遽使之学文"、"失序无本,欲速不达"的缺点,认为注重教学程序,才能"使理学与举业毕贯于一"。书首录朱熹等所订学规作为纲领。全书共三卷。第一卷依朱熹读书法,规定读经的程序: 8岁入学之前,读程逢原增广的《性理字训》; 8岁入学之后,读朱熹的《小学》,次读《大学》、《论语》、《孟子》、《中庸》、《孝经》,再读《易》、《书》、《诗》、《仪礼》、《礼记》、《周礼》及《春秋》并三传;15岁后再"以朱子法读四书注",并抄读以上经书。 第二卷规定在读经的基础上学史学文的程序:先看《通鉴》,读韩愈文章,读《楚辞》;之后"以二三年之工专力学文,既有学识,又知文体,何文不可作",练习"科举文字",准备应试。二卷末附五种表格,注明每日功课纲要。第三卷录王柏辑《正始之音》,以明辨音义之方法;最后阐明朱子读书法六条:循序渐进、 熟读精思、虚心涵泳、切己体察、着紧用力、居敬持志。当时国子监曾将此书颁行郡邑学校,明代诸儒读书亦奉为准绳,清代陆陇其曾刊刻此书以资流传。此书可说是中国古代家塾的一个详细的读经学文的教学计划。它注意教学程序,重视基本功训练,强调经常复习和考查,这对当时及后代的家塾教学有一定的影响。
