Based on the quadrilateral plate incompatible element,the quadrilateral plate compatible element was constructed with the method of the adhesive correction function and an expression of element stiffness matrix was derivated,which is used in a caculation for a plate supported from the plate s four sides under the distribute and concentrated load.
