为常染色体显性遗传。表现：因肌腱附着异常，减弱和缺如，表现不同的症状。手：出生时，拇指内收紧紧握拳和向中央交搭手指，呈典型的“18-三体”状，成年时向尺侧偏斜并呈屈曲指。足：姿势变形，双侧跟骨外翻，双侧马蹄内翻足，或两者并发。累及髋者有先天性髋关节脱臼，外展程度减小，轻微屈曲，挛缩变形。膝轻微的屈曲挛缩。肩出生时强直。非典型病例有腭裂，唇裂，小舌，牙关紧闭，身材短，智力正常至迟钝。
