[集中代保管业务1集中代保管业务，是指在上海证券交易所、深圳证券交易所、武汉证券交易中心认可的集中托管机构和盯AQ系统结算中心的中央债券托管库以及各地依托具有资格的证券中介服务机构建立的托管分库所进行的对证券持有人的实物或非实物证券的集中存管，并代之以证券商机构下的证券电脑记录的过程。上述的结算中心、登记公司及集中保管库接受券商库存证券的集中代保管，由证券商向委托人签发证券(股票等)存折，买卖行为发生只带来清算系统内各证券商机构名下和投资者名下头寸增减而不发生实物证券的流动。对股东而言，若要进人清算系统，股东要通过集中保管业务将实物或非实物证券托管，换取证券存折，该业务具有方便了交割、清算，防范了遗失等优点，同时为进一步“无纸化”流通打下了基础。
