Through studying on the water conservancy websites in China,this paper has classified and compared the websites which are still in a scattered distribution situation according to the features of the website themselves and the attributes of the information resource institutions,and evaluates and recommends some typical websites and their columns based on the classification.

Selecting 94 official patent sites over the world from the State Intellectual Property Office of the People’s Republic of China as research swatch,and using Google and as search tools,the author obtains 9 link analysis indicators of relevant websites.

Based on the actual state of hydrologic network in Shaanxi Province,this paper made an assessment,suggested on the principle and target of optimizing and adjusting the network,and put forward a plan for adjustment,complement and improvement of the network.
