砷化氢分子中部分或全部氢原子被烃基取代的三价砷化合物。可分为一级胂、 二级胂、 三级胂，如甲胂CH3AsH2、二甲胂(CH3)2AsH、 三甲胂(CH3)3As。 胂的不少性质与胺相似，但不具碱性，不溶于水。多种有机卤化物可与三烃基胂如三苯基胂成为季巺盐，例如与溴代乙酸乙酯生成溴化乙氧羰基甲基三苯巺[(C6H5)3AsCH2COOC2H5]+Br-，与甲基溴生成溴化三苯基甲基巺。三级胂易被氧化成为三级胂的氧化物。
