The photon anti-bunching effects in the intensity-dependent coupling interaction between a three-level cascade atom and a light field are studied by numerical calculation.

Calculating its normalized constant,its non-classical nature is discussed,including squeezed effect,sub-Poissonian distributing,anti-bunching effect,and the second-order cross correlation function between the two-mode.

The influence of atomic motion, the field mode structure and the field initial states on the properties of the light squeezing and the photon antibunching are discussed.

We have studied antibunching effects in a system where a two level atom interacts with a single mode field surrounded by a Kerr like medium in a high Q cavity through two photon transition, particularly shown the influence of the coupling constant between a Kerr like medium and field, detuning on antibunching under different initial atomic states.

It is shown that the k-boson q-coherent state(k =3,4,5,…)can exhibit the 3rd order antibunching effect.
