中国明代书法家宋璲的书法墨迹之一。宋璲(1344～1380) 字仲珩，浙江浦江人，曾官中书舍人。此帖纸本，草书，纵26.7厘米，横52.8厘米，是宋璲草书的一件信牍。书法沉顿雄快，笔画瘦劲，长于在迅疾的行笔中结势，可以看出书者擅长兼融篆、籀笔意的艺术特点。由于宋璲书法作品较为罕见，因此尤显珍贵。该帖曾为明项元汴、清卞永誉等人收藏，帖上钤有诸人收藏印记。《式古堂书画汇考》一书著录。现藏故宫博物院。
