kebian ehengxu kongzhiqi kongzhi xitong tiaoshi可编程序控制器控制系统调试(commis-sioning of PLC eontrol system)可编程序控制器(programming logie eontro一ler，缩写为PLe)是工业企业应用的数字运算电子系统，采用可编程序的存贮器存贮执行逻辑运算，顺序控制、计时、计数、数学运算、数据处理等操作指令，经中央处理单元(c PU)控制处理后，发出数字量或模拟量形式的输出信号，控制生产过程中各机电设备的运行。可编程序控制器作为主控制装置，联合电力传动控制装置、信号检测装置、人工操作控制装置、信号显示与报誉装置，构成对生产工艺线的自动或半自动运行进行程序步进控制的系统，称为可编程序控制器控制系统。使用者根据PLC制造厂所提供的程序编制规定、汇编指令、标准子程序等，编制出进行生产工艺实时控制的应用程序，用编程器以梯形图、语句表、逻辑图等为PLC所接受的形式将应用程序物入到PLC的存贮器中。系统通电启动后，PLC装t接受生产工艺线过程信号、人工操作控制信号，经CPU根据应用程序对这些信号作出处.理，产生相应的输出信号，驱动电力传动装置中的电磁线圈、伺服机构、电子器件及信号显示装!等负载，使.工艺线各机械设备按程序所确定的动作运行.PLC控制系统的特点在于:电路以软件程序控制代替传统的由电磁或电子器件组成的硬件程序控制，实现对生产工艺线的自动或半自动生产过程的控制。PLC控制系统调试的重点，在于对它的应用程序进行检查和调试，保证系统能准确地按生产工艺所规定的动作程序运行。20世纪80年代以来，由多组PLC装置和上位计算机通过数据网络联系组成的集中管理一分散控制型系统，已在冶金工厂中开始出现。这种介于计算机和PLC单体控制之间的控制常被称为基础自动化控制。 PLC控制系统的调试可分为硬件调试和软件调试两大部分.硬件调试包括对组成系统的各电气设备及PLC装置本身电气性能的检查测试与有关参数的整定以及PLC装置与各电气设备、自动化仪表及上级计算机间的接口通道的检查试验，软件调试包括对应用程序的装载、检查，按工艺要求与系统设计规定对应用程序执行效果的校核、修改与完善的过程以及PLC装置与上级计算机或多台PLC装置间通讯的检查调试.调试通常是先作硬件调试，待达到各单体设备通电或单体运行条件后，开始进行应用程序和数据通讯的模拟调试，这些统称为软件的模拟调试.模拟调试通过后，再进行系统无负荷综合调试和投料试运行。试运行的工作内容涉及硬件参数的最终整定与软件应用程序的运行通过，直至使被控系统的生产运行完全满足工艺的要求。
