This paper defined the concept of partial global optimized scheduling, which classified tasks into some groups according to their priority and then performs optimization.

Based on an analysis of the drainage substructure method for solution of seepage field,the compatible water level method for local incompatible meshes was proposed to deal with the problem of incompatible meshes at the intersection of dense meshes and sparse meshes of the drainage substructure.
