In this study, white-collar workers of state-owned enterprises in Beijing as the research object, the application of the literature study, expert interviews, questionnaire method, logical analysis, mathematical statistics, such as research methods, some state-owned enterprises in Beijing a total of 300 white-collar health status to carry out investigation and analysis of the status quo.

The paper puts forward some countermeasures in order to promote the political participation of "enterprise white collar" in an orderly way.
