“达观”号海洋观测舰
"达观"号(舷号1601)海洋观测舰1995年服役，是台湾海军第一艘正式的海洋观测舰。该舰是台湾当局以交通通信需要从意大利订购的，基本上是与北约的联盟号海洋观测舰为同型舰，颜色同为白色，具有现代化的观测设备。该舰舰体为抗冰结构，具有20吨的静止推力，拖航观测设备的能力很强。据说还有潜艇救生设备。除海军人员外，科学工作者也可乘舰。
"达观"号海洋观测舰满载排水量3180吨，全长93米，宽15 .2米，吃水5.l米，主机为柴油/电动机、双轴，功率3751千瓦，航速15海里，武器有12.7毫米单管机关枪两挺，乘员82人(包括科学工作者26人)。
