By analyzing and designing of Digital DongYing Government Resource Integration and Management System (DDYGRIMS), we study how to integrate, share, exchange and comprehensively utilize government affairs resources between different departments in technology, furthermore to resolve the common problem, such as hard to share information resources, repeat investment and so on.
针对这一问题，本文以东营市政府信息资源的整合、管理和有效开发利用为研究对象，通过对“数字化东营”政务资源整合与管理系统的分析和设计，研究探讨地市级政府怎样从技术上来实现各业务部门之间的数据资源整合、共享、交换和综合利用，从而有效解决目前普遍存在的信息资源难以共享、重复建设和重复投资等问题。
