Some source algorithms such as HSTCP,STCP,BIC-TCP,H-TCP and Fast-TCP were investigated by using the networks simulation software NS-2,and the convergence,stability,intra-protocol fairness,RTT fairness,TCP-friendly and bandwidth utility of these source algorithms were compared.
