The principles and characteristics of HLA are introduced, and the method of developing distributed interactive simulation application systems based on HLA is analyzed.
介绍了高层体系结构HLA的原理与特点,研究了应用HLA技术开发分布式交互仿真应用系统的方法,并以复杂武器装备的分布式操作训练仿真为切入点,提出了联邦式操作训练仿真的新构想,根据联邦开发-执行的标准过程FEDEP,基于HLA开发工具LabWorks、pRTI、建模工具MultiGen Creator、视景仿真工具Vega和VC++开发平台设计、实现了某武器装备联邦式操作训练仿真系统,验证了方法的可行性和有效性,为分布式操作训仿真问题的研究提供了又一条途径。

又称“人类白细胞抗原系统”。HLA为细胞膜表面的糖蛋白，按其分子的生化结构、生物功能及其组织分布不同，可分为Ⅰ类和Ⅱ类HLA抗原。Ⅰ类抗原包括HLA-A、B、C 3个位点的抗原。分布在机体所有器官、组织的有核细胞膜上，尤以淋巴细胞及血小板的含量最丰富。Ⅱ类抗原包括HLA-D、DR、DQ及DP抗原，主要分布在B细胞、巨噬细胞、单核细胞及部分活化的T细胞表面。
