《信息技术产品协议》（InformationTechnologyAgreement，ITA）是世界贸易组织于1996年12月9日至13日达成的协议，于1997年4月1日生效。它由世界贸易组织成员和申请加入国或单独关税区自愿参加，但参加方在《信息技术产品协议》承担的义务是在最惠国待遇基础上实施的，因此所有其他世界贸易组织成员均可获得好处。在参加主体上，它类似于诸边贸易协议，在适用对象上，则与多边贸易协议相同，可称为“次多边贸易协议”。协议包括序言、4个条款及1个附件组成。规定了信息技术产品的范围、关税及其它税费削减、实施期，以及扩大产品范围的进一步谈判等内容。附件是模式及产品范围，包括附表A：协调制度税则号清单和附表B产品清单。
协议的宗旨是：提高社会水平及扩大商品生产和贸易的目标，实现信息技术产品全球贸易的最大自由化，鼓励世界范围内信息技术产业的不断技术进步。
