bicozhun、，旧nxian xinxi ehanPin标准文献信息产品(i njrormationp耐uctsofnon刃曰tive doc~ts)文献工作者对标准文献进行不同程度加工后产生的标准文献信息的有序组合。具有价值和使用价值，是科学研究和科学决策的依据和基础及物质生产的保证。按载体形式，分为卡片型、书本型、缩微型及机读型等;按加工深度，分为二次加工产品和三次加工产品。按加工特点及信息含t，又可分为:外表描述型—对文献只经形式加工的产品;整体揭示型—在全面认识文献的基础上，对信息的观点、内容、结论等进行高度概括、提炼和浓缩等综合研究后而得的结果，如主题标引、文摘等;精粹鉴选型—在对文献有关内容进行调查研究的基础上，根据一定需要，对其鉴别、筛选或摘其精华，辑录而成，如标准文献分类汇编、产品设计标准手册等;深度研究型—以一类或一批相关文献为加工对象，述其旨要、评其品位、综合分析并提出加工者的观点或建议，如信息评论、综述、专题研究报告等。习惯上，又将信息产品分为手工型和机读型两种形式。 第一个标准文献信息产品是在加世纪oo年代由美国国家标准局在UNIVACll叨2计算机上建立的标准文献题录数据库。苏联标准化研究院自70年代以来，建立了规模最大的标准信息数据库，拥有47万条记录。70年代以来，随着计算机技术的飞速发展，特别是徽型计算机性能价格比的不断提高和普遍应用，机读型信息产品得到迅速发展，其主要形式是以磁带和磁盘为传输载体的供单机或多终端检索使用的标准文献题录数据库。如:德国技术规则信息中心于70年代末研制的DIN数据库;美国川S(I刊ro蒯tionH田记jng蕊币ce8)公司自1973年首次推出标准信息缩微胶卷产品以来，目前已发展成综合性技术信息产品生产和供应商，拥有包括国际标准化组织(150)、国际电工委员会(压C)和发达国家4粼)个标准化机构制定的27万多条标准信息、6万条美国军用标准信息、170万个电子元器件产品的数据库、6万多个厂商名录数据库和各国有关环境保护、劳动安全法规、塑料制品、飞机维护保养等信息数据库产品。中国于1988年研制成功了国家标准题录数据库。80年代后期以来，随着信息高速公路、互联网技术和光存储技术的发展和普及，标准文献机读产品的生产和使用，由单机产品向局域网和广域网联机检索产品和全文光盘产品方向发展。例如:1988年德国技术规则信息中心生产的标准信息光盘;1奥抖年中国标准情报中心、中国标准出版社、中国军标中心等单位先后开发和生产了强制性标准、分类国家标准和军用标准的光盘全文数据库产品;IH5公司生产的多种标准全文光盘数据库，已向世界各国销售。(居绍一)
