In this paper, we identified a strain of Lachnum and fermentation and extraction polysaccharide from a strain of Lachnum and a strain of Libertella.
本研究对两株真菌(粒毛盘菌和盘针孢菌)胞外多糖的发酵条件、胞内多糖的提取工艺、多糖的抑菌活性、还原能力、清除自由基能力、对小鼠肝细胞的保护作用等进行了研究,并对粒毛盘菌菌株进行了鉴定,主要结果如下:(1)对一株采自黄山的盘菌子实体YM252进行了形态学鉴定,并对其ITS序列进行同源性分析,鉴定其为一株禾本科粒毛盘菌Lachnum hyalopus。
