本文通过建立油管上扣过程中螺纹联接的力学模型来分析油管螺纹参数对螺纹联接受力的影响规律,借助于有限元分析的方法,对不同螺纹参数(锥度、螺距、牙型角)的油管相同工况下的上扣过程进行仿真,最终确定了螺纹参数对螺纹联接应力的影响规律,为螺纹参数的优化设计、改善螺纹载荷的分布进而减少螺纹粘扣失效的发生提供了依据;分析上扣过程中液压钳的使用对螺纹粘扣的影响,分别计算了液压钳在规范操作、误操作以及改进液压钳卡紧方式等情况下油管螺纹的应力状态,结果指出,液压钳卡紧位置对螺纹应力的影响较大,所以规范现场操作十分必要,改进后的液压钳三点夹持油管,与传统液压钳相比,明显降低了螺纹的等效应力和接触应力,在一定意义上也提高了油管的抗粘扣性能,可以认为,改进措施是成功的。
