Almost a quarter of a century has passed since the speech act theory,known as the first complete pragmatic theory,was introduced into China,but the Chinese versions of the three important terms of this theory,locutionary act,illocutionary act and perlocutionary act,are far from being unified and standardized.

Through the observation of the classifications of "illocutionary acts" by different scholars,this paper expounds the illocutionary acts of different kinds.

So far, the studied on the theory of speech acts of linguistic focus their attention on the "locutionary act ", "illocutionary act" and "perlocutionary act", especially on the "illocutionary act", which has so much to do with the intention of speaker.

Austin draw three acts from a complete speech act, namely, "locutionary act", "illocutionary act" and "perlocutionary act".

Based on instances in teaching as well as error analysis, this paper focuses on the dynamic factors, namely the characters of action/event.

This paper will address the following questions: the definition of the legal action, the differences between factual action and the other related actions, the characters and kinds of factual action from a theoretical perspective.

The effectiveness of civil acts violating law has been studied comprehensively in foreign countries,but it has not get enough attention in our country yet.
