海上自卫队第三技术学校是日本海上自卫队培训航空地勤人员的学校。该校前身是1959年10月21日成立的白井教育队。该教育队 1960年3月与第二技术学校的部分航空教育机构和馆山、鹿屋教育队合并，于1961年2月正式成立第三技术学校。校址在千叶县沼南町。该校主要任务是使学员掌握维修保养飞机、航空器材、电子、仪表、雷达、通信器材、机载武器及基地工程设施等地勤勤务的知识与技能。
该校在校长、副校长之下设总务课、教务部、第1、第2、第3教育部、研究部和学员队。第1教育部负责飞机发动机、仪表等维修专业和质量管理方面的教育。第2教育部负责雷达、声纳、通信、导航等航空电子仪器、机载武器、航空救生器材的维修保养专业技术教育。第3教育部负责基地工程消防、救生等机械设备和航空照相、地面警戒等专业技术教育。该校有教职工500多人。
该校作为日本海上自卫队航空兵的地勤专业技术人员的教育训练中心，设有军官课程(基础课程、专业课程、中级课程)和军士、士兵课程(基础课程、专修课程、军士高级课程)，培训从兵士到少校级学员。据统计，该校平均每年培训学员约2400人。
