Research and Application of Interface Technology of Image Device based on TWAIN;

TWAIN is a software interface for image device.

Since the principles of color acquiring, display and reproduction and accordingly their color rendering abilities of these equipments are distinctly different, it is difficult to transfer the color information directly with high fidelity cross different types of media, which is seriously restricting the applications of digital image devices to the mod.

When people enjoy the benefits brought by digital image devices, they are also puzzled by the distortion during the transformation between different devices.

In this dissertation, several key techniques of CBIR are deeply analyzed and discussed, such as the low-level feature descriptions including color, shape, and texture, the similarity measure between images, and the relevance feedback, and tried to apply in power equipment images.
