This article quantitatively analyzes the formation of remote impedance protection dead zone of WXB-63 computer feeder protection device, proposes the counter measures for elimination of remote protection dead zone by means of adjusting the offset resistance which may protect the whole length of line without modifying the soft and hard ware of device.
