The authors have,combined with the reform of college applied electrics specialty experimental teaching,with the students employment as the direction and improvement of students comprehensive quality as the objective,proposed to establish a three-level practice performance cultivation platform to reorganize and establish electrics specialized lab.

Under the condition of the plate culture,the effects of Cd,Pb and their combined pollution on the growth of hyphae of Morchella esculenta were studied on potato dextrose agar(PDA) culture media,and the bioaccumulation method of hyphae on Cd and Pb in the solid-state media was set up.
