This paper introduced the principle of modular technology,proposed to design humanoid multi fingered hand with modular technology.

The preconditions for the formation of modular division are the emergence and development of modular technology and the formation and application of the rules of modular design.

In this paper,it is viewed that the evolution of value chain form and the loosing of the value chain s boundary are the main reason for the modular organization forming,especially,the applying of modular technology is the essential reason for the continually changing of the value chain.

To attack the logic point and the logic chain of the main literature,the article introduces and revalues the revision literature of modularity from five perspectives: limits to technical modularity;dynamics of modularization;relationship of technical versus market modularity;limited empirical significance of market modularity and responses.

Using the technology-efficiency parameter to describe technology level and considering the influence of investment cost on technology upgrade level, an investment decision-making model is builed by real optional approach for technology upgrade.

In the view of the exterior part of an economy,the most fundamental factor to drive global grads transfer of industries is the upgrade of technology;while in the view of the interior part of an economy,technology upgrade also greatly pushes the economy to grow by itself.
