Focused on the temperature field in a slab step-wise heated in the soaking furnace,the article proposed a soft sensor mechanism model to predict the temperature distribution within the slab,and a simulation was done in terms of a typical work condition was made,showing that the instrument's precision was good enough to meet the engineering demands.
