In this thesis, the PLCT(x) nanometer-powder and nanometer-ceramics, PLCT(x) ferroelectric thin films and PLCT(x)/Pt/Ti/SiO2/Si multilayer hetero-structures were prepared by Sol-Gel technique using inorganic salts and singular metal alkoxide.
本论文利用无机盐原料及单一金属醇盐,采用Sol—Gel技术,制备了PLCT(x)纳米微粉及纳米陶瓷、PLCT(x)铁电薄膜以及PLCT(x)/Pt/Ti/SiO_2/Si多层异质结构,采用XRD、SEM、RAMAN、AFM、RBS、粒径分析、椭圆偏振法等现代分析技术,对PLCT(x)纳米粉体、陶瓷及薄膜的晶体结构、表面形貌、化学组分、薄膜厚度以及材料的退火工艺进行了研究;测试了PLCT(x)陶瓷的介电常数—频率、介质损耗—频率的关系,测试了PLCT(x)薄膜的电滞回线。
