性质:酶催化反应中抑制剂(I)可与酶(E)及酶-底物复合物(ES)结合。结合后复体无活性。抑制剂与酶的结合部位不同于底物与酶的结合部位。抑制剂不降低酶与底物的亲和力,却能阻止酶的催化作用。与非抑制反应相比,其特点是以双倒数(速度的倒数对底物浓度的倒数)作图,图形的斜率增大,最大速度降低。
