1、遵守《铸造设备通用操作规程》有关规定。
2、工作前，检查三角皮带的松紧度和磨损情况，如过紧过松或磨损严重，应予更换或调整。
3、工作前，检查筛网是否磨坏，吊杆是否紧固。如筛网磨坏或吊杆松动，应通知维修人员处理。
4、工作前，先点动试车，然后空运转2-3分钟，检查电动机、三角皮带和筛子的运动是否正常，确认一切正常后，方可进行生产。
5、设备运转正常后，方可加料，筛网上不许放料过多，以免超负荷使用。
6、工作后，筛面上不许存放砂子或其它物件。
