劳动简化系数又称劳动简化率或劳动简化忱。是用劳动简化法计算教育投资经济效益的一个方法。依据马克思关于复杂劳动等于倍加的简单劳动的理论，以一定尺度确定的复杂劳动与简单劳动的比值为计算教育投资经济效益的参数。劳动简化系数的尺度可用教育费用的多少、受教育的时间或年限、不同教育程度劳动者的工资或报酬及不同教育程度劳动者劳动生产率的不同来确定。计算平均劳动简化系数的一般公式为:不同劳动复杂程度劳动者的劳动简化率不同劳动复杂程度劳动者占总劳动力的百分比万 一一平均劳动简化率用平均劳动简化率乘以社会劳动力总数，就可将社会总劳动力中包含的复杂劳动量折合为增量后的简单劳动量。在此基础上，算出教育对国民收入的贡献。计算公式:教育对国民收入的贡献一k一1 .00]一1 .00式中，k为平均劳动复杂系数的增长指数，即报告期平均劳动简化系数除以基期平均劳动简化系数，少为国民收入增长指数，即报告期国民收入除以基期国民收入。
