Till now, the research of PS-OCT focuses mainly on the dual-detector PS-OCT, while the single-detector PS-OCT is hardly touched.

The simulated results provided in this study can be useful to the design of fiber probe in non-invasive optical detection of the blood glucose.

单探测器平移旋转系统
(single detector translaterotate system)ＣＴ设备的类型之一。与原型ＥＭＩ头部ＣＴ机类似的早期ＣＴ系统。扫描方式为平移旋转式(T/R)，只能用于头部检查，为第一代ＣＴ机。Ｘ线管为固定阳极管，仅有1～2个固体探测器。在扫描中Ｘ线管连续发生笔形线束，每平移扫描一次后，机架旋转1°。完成一个层面的180°的扫描，需进行180次平移旋转，需时5～6分钟或更久。重建矩阵为160×160或256×256。该种类型的ＣＴ设备现已淘汰。
