It sums up the definition,general expressing formula and general calculating method of flux in any vector field by analyzing the flux in the speed field,electric field and magnetic field of fluid.

In this paper,we give a direct method in which We can express the piecewise function as the single expression,and furthermore,in the elementary continuation and piecewise-decreasing decomposition method we make the elementary construction of piecewise function simple .

Summed up the opinions of many authors,this poper gives a general reprasentation of the RCS for elementary seatterers,from which the general representation of the RCS for complex seatterers is also presented .
