To deal with serious problems such as slow response,high cost,and the lack of real-time supervision in purchasing management for most motorcycle parts manufacturers,a dynamic purchase orders(DPO) management mode was proposed.
针对当前大多数摩托车零部件制造企业物料采购响应速度慢、成本高、实时跟踪难等问题,提出了一种能动态适应主生产计划、供货状况和采购资源变化的动态采购订单管理模式,建立了一种能支持该模式运行的网络化采购支持系统的体系结构和功能结构,研究了该系统实现过程中的基于采购成本最小化原则的网络化采购订单分配、基于RosettaNet框架的系统集成、基于移动短信息服务的信息实时传输和交互等方法和关键技术。
