The domestic publicity in this period of time had the following three features;first,a publicity network was built up covering populations both within and outside the Party and all the areas of towns and countryside;second,the campaign was directed by the editorials and commentaries on current affairs;third,patriotism assumed concrete,practical and humane contents.
