　　关于中国传统丝织物的研究著作。1930年第一次付印。两年后增补重印。为《丝绣丛刊》、《美术全集》所收。作者朱启钤,字桂莘,贵州人。曾任北洋政府高级官员,有机会接触清内府等处收藏的珍贵丝织品文物,对丝织文物有很高的鉴赏力。他是国内研究中国丝绸史和建筑史的倡导人之一。《丝绣笔记》以织成、绵绫、刻丝、刺绣等中国传统高级丝织品为对象，主要从工艺美术角度，而不是从服饰制度的角度进行研究。全书分二卷，上卷“记闻”，下卷“辨物”。作者从历代中外文献中广泛收集各种丝织品起源、产地、技术、价格、代表作品、官匠制度的有关资料，并加以整理说明。虽然这部书更多的是罗列材料，主题不够明确，但对中国纺织史研究具有很大的参考价值。
