性质: 简单地说是特指肌原纤维(myofibrils)内的横桥或交联桥。换言之,是指骨骼肌内的肌原纤维的微细结构中由肌球蛋白分子排列形成一条粗丝杆状部和球状头部,其杆状部排列朝向暗带中央的M线,并相互聚合在一起,形成粗丝主干部;球状部裸露在粗肌丝表面,形成了所谓的横桥。横桥能扭动,并具有腺苷三磷酸酶(ATP酶)活性,故横桥能部分分解生物能量物质——腺苷三磷酸(ATP)。横桥能与细丝上肌动蛋白上的结合点相结合,此时可激活其上的ATP酶。按肌内收缩的滑行学说,则横桥对于肌原纤维的收缩作用是不可缺少的一个组件。
