西班牙画家、雕塑家、建筑家。17世纪格拉纳达画派的主要代表。1601年3月19日生于格拉纳达,1667年9月 3日卒于同地。早年曾向J.蒙塔涅斯学过雕塑,也向J.del卡斯蒂略、F.帕切科等人学过绘画。1637 年前长期住在塞维利亚,塞维利亚的人文主义思想和波德洛涅斯的艺术风格对他颇有影响。以后多次去马德里,并在西班牙各地工作,颇负盛名。1652年他回故乡,参加建造格拉纳达大教堂。他擅长彩色木雕,人物形象生动,富有生活气息,色彩十分鲜明,代表作有《亚当与夏娃像》。绘画代表作有《圣伊涅萨》(约1635)、《圣母把圣婴交给圣安东尼》(1645~1652)等。
