【权利让与】在国际银行财团贷款中，将牵头银行与借款人订立的借贷协议中的一部分贷款义务连同其收益一道转给其他贷款银行，这种办法在法律上称为权利让与。通过权利让与使受让人取得参加贷款权，成为参加贷款权人。 权利让与的特点是，通过让与方式取得参加贷款权的银行可以取得对借款人的直接请求权。借款人一般都不同意这种做法，因此，许多借贷协议都对让与参加贷款权的做法加以限制，而且让与参加贷款权需要取得借款人的同意，这也是与不经借款人同意即可授与参加贷款权的宗旨不符的。
