物理学术语。关于介质声学特性的物理量。在超声诊断领域简称声阻抗。声波在介质中某点的有效声压与通过该点的有效质点速度的比值。又可用介质的密度与声速的乘积来表示。声波经均质性介质时基本按直线持续传播;声波经两种介质时,其声阻抗差超过0.1%即产生声学界面,引起反射。脉冲反射式超声诊断仪显示的人体组织断面声像,实质上是人体组织中声阻抗差别的空间分布图。
