性质:又称硫化铅光电池(pbs photocell),适用于1~6μm之间的近红外和中红外光谱区。当红外光入射到硫化铅(或硒化铅、碲化铅)表面时,其导电率增大。由0.1μm厚的铅化合物膜,覆盖在玻璃上形成半导体系统,由于吸收红外辐射而变成导电系统。检测器的电阻随入射光强度的增大而减小。
