In the thesis, we set up maximal covering location model of emergency location problem based on time satisfaction degree.

A multi-objective stochastic chance cons-trained programming model based on time satisfaction is proposed for integrative logistics network,the model can solve location selection of manufactories and logistics centers,and flow allocation between facilities under time satisfaction and stochastic environment.

This paper defined the time satisfaction function and presented the Time-Satisfaction-Based Covering Location Problem(TSBCLP) which is more general than the classical set covering location problem.

The paper establishes the function relationship between the custo mer satisfaction with waiting time and the delivery distance from a logistics fa cility cite to the customer s cite,describes the curve fitting methods and pri nciples for time satisfaction function and finally,taking set covering location problem as an example,explains the application of time satisfaction function.

In the light of this,the paper defines the time satisfaction function and presents the time-satisfaction-based set covering location problem(TSBSCLP),which is more general than the classical set covering location problem.

Considering the characteristics of the product capability parameter, the paper has introduced the conception of interval satisfactory degree and the method of calculating it in the time of calculating the satisfactory degree, also made .
