| 和法 通过和解或调和，使表里寒热虚实的复杂证候、阴阳气血的偏盛偏衰归于平复，以达到祛除病邪，恢复健康的治疗方法。中医辨证论治八法之一。和法主要适用脏腑郁遏，功能失调的各种证候。如外感少阳证，肠胃不和，肝脾不和以及疟疾等病证。证见寒热往来，胸胁胀满，胁肋疼痛，默默不欲饮食，恶心，呕吐，心下痞满，肠鸣腹泻，腹痛，月经不调等。根据不同的病证，和法的具体运用也不同，常用的和法有和解少阳、调和肝脾、调和肠胃、截疟等。临床上具体使用和法时应注意以下两点：①病邪在表，未入少阳，或邪已入里，阳明热盛者不宜使用本法。②脾胃虚弱所致的脘腹痞满，恶心呕吐，腹泻等，不宜用调和肠胃法。 |
